What an awesome vibe this place has. Coach Kekai loves what he does and it shows! I am a beginner and I not only feel welcome, but Coach Kekai takes the time to ensure that I learn and get a great workout. Lindsay and Kekai are a special pair and would encourage anyone from beginners to Crossfit pros to come check this place out.
